Return Policy

We accept return on new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (items only, shipping costs are non-refundable). Please understand DeepFlow do not cover return shipping expenses for correctly shipped orders, so please pay attention to the exact size of the items before purchase. In the case of any wrong items or incorrectly posted items posted by DeepFlow, free return shipping label will be provided.

 

INELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR A RETURN

  • Used, modified, or installed items
  • Damaged or worn items
  • Items without the original product box (unless broken on the way)
  • Clearance items

 

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

1, Return Address

We will issue an RMA number by email in all instances. Please email us within the return period for the RMA number and our detailed return address.

2, Re-stocking Fee

We don't charge our customers any return restocking charges. But we do expect the item(s) to be in original re-sellable condition. So please keep the returned items in a good package to prevent any damges during shipping. 

3, Refund date

Refund will be issued within one business day after receipt of the returned package.

 

PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY NOTICE

Please understand it's the customer's responsibility to verify the compatibility of items in their shopping cart. DeepFlow is not liable for orders containing mismatched or incompatible products and will not refund shipping charges for such orders.
