Shipping policy

Items will be shipped from buyer's nearest shipping center within 2 business days after payment cleared. The expected delivery time should be within 3 to 10 business days for US buyers. For buyers from other countries, please check the shipping time in your shopping cart. 

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT TO ME?

If you receive a package with damaged or missing products, please alert the delivery driver immediately upon receipt. After notifying the driver, please contact us directly at Vband-reducer@hotmail.com with your name, email address, and order number. Please include photos of the damaged box and products to expedite your replacement. Claims for missing, damaged, or other issues must be made within three business days of receipt of shipment. Claims made after three business days will not be eligible for replacement.
